OUR POLICIES: Every guest at Spur Landing is important and special to us; however, this is a contract that you are entering into, so please understand the terms.
NOTICE: All quoted rates and policies are subject to change. For example, rates are higher during holidays and vary during high impact periods and special requests and may not reflect in the quoted rate. There is a two night minimum on high and low season reservations and a three night minimum on holiday reservations. Check-in is at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am. No early check-in. No refunds for early departures.
CANCELLATION POLICY: We realize life throws us curve balls and Acts of God and Death, for example, are part of life. Please know that an Act of God includes road closures and/or forest closures due to weather. However, due to the difficulty in filling a property on short notice, there are NO refunds two weeks prior to check in. During our holidays and large special bookings and/or special events, there are NO refunds one month prior to check in. You will be responsible for full payment for your entire reservation for every night reserved, regardless of the guest’s actual arrival or departure dates. No exceptions! In the event that one party cancels, the remaining parties are obligated to the quoted room rate.
NOTICE TO GUESTS: These properties are privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of property; including, but not limited to money or jewelry of any kind. Guests will be held responsible, and charged for, stolen and/or damaged property. Damaged property includes, but is not limited to, towels and sheets. If towels and sheets need to be replaced during your stay due to your carelessness, you will be held responsible and charged for the whole set, if necessary. Please ask for cleaning towels if you need them. Each guest is responsible for maintaining the townhouse items. Should you decide to take any articles from your townhouse, you agree and approve a replacement charge to your credit card account. These units are all non-smoking and most are no pets. There will be a minimum of a $250.00 charge for clean up if smoking or pets are detected. There will be a $25.00 charge for all keys that are not returned.
DOG POLICY: Dogs are allowed in some of our units. The non-refundable dog fee is $20.00 per night per dog. There is an agreement that must be signed prior to your check-in. Please call in advance if traveling with pets, for approval.
We cannot guarantee a specific unit and we may not be able to guarantee bed-size requests; however, we will do our best to accommodate your needs and wishes. If we are able to accommodate you, additional charges may apply. This email serves as your confirmation reservation and that you agree to our terms and policies.
The golf course is private property. Please do not enter onto the golf course for any reason.
